Mnoh\u00fdm d\u011btem sch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00fd pohyb a tak\u00e9 \u010dast\u00e1 ch\u016fze naboso, kter\u00e1 podporuje spr\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj klenby chodidel. A chodidla? Vyzujte se z bot a sk\u00e1kejte naboso, t\u00edm pos\u00edl\u00edte klenbu pod\u00e9lnou i p\u0159\u00ed\u010dnou, zlep\u0161\u00ed se dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, co\u017e je pro d\u011btsk\u00fd organismus kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9.
